Mira Henderson is the owner and head baker of the uber-popular Ghost Light Café in Midtown, KW, which specializes in fresh baked croissants. She is also completing her undergraduate degree in the University of Waterloo's theatre studies program, started baking less than two years ago ...and did I mention that she's only 23 years old?
